Foundation Crew

We’re looking for experienced and reliable Foundation Crew Members to undertake a wide range of civil and foundation works on the transmission grid. You’ll be part of a supportive team with a strong safety culture and opportunities to further develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing work sites – identifying hazards, checking equipment, and setting up the site safely
• Trenching, foundation upgrades, and civil works around transmission lines
• Installing equipment and cables, moving materials, and general labouring
• Reading and interpreting underground obstruction plans
• Maintaining tools, PPE, and Northpower property to a high standard
• Proactively identifying and reporting safety risks
• Contributing to a high-performance, safety-first team culture
