Full-time, Permanent + Monday - Friday. Hybrid working model + based in Hamilton. Additional Leave + 2 Paid Well-being Day.

About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

This is a full-time role based in Hamilton, working Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm. We support flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Join us as a Support Analyst and put your communication and problem-solving skills to work.

This role isn’t just about software — it’s about people. You’ll be helping our customers get the most out of Recordbase by :

  • Listening carefully and asking the right questions
  • Turning complex problems into clear solutions
  • Writing documentation that actually makes sense
  • Training and supporting customer champions
  • Feeding back insights that improve our product
  • If you’re good at explaining things simply, enjoy digging into problems, and can keep clear notes along the way, we’d love to hear from you.
  • You don’t need to know our software yet — we’ll teach you. What matters is your communication, analytical thinking, and ability to make things clear.
  • Skills & Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako

    We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, technical know-how, and a passion for helping others. Ideally, you’ll have :

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in a technical or analyst role
  • Experience in the health or social services sector
  • A problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
  • A desire to keep learning and growing
  • Great communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly
