This role

Kickstart your sales career : $72k base, $120,000 OTE uncapped, 140%+ achievable.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be working with our NZ sales team under the guidance of a Sales Development Manager and will be instrumental in shaping and driving a surge in qualified leads and opportunities, contributing directly to our bold goal of transforming workforce management at Employment Hero. Through strategic prospecting, engaging communication, and strong relationship-building, you’ll empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with our innovative solutions.
