Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga - Trade Team Member

Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga is a local family-owned business committed to providing great quality products and the best value for customers.

We are looking for team members to join our thriving store in the Building Zone (Trade Drive Thru) on a fixed-term basis until the end of January

Schedule : Role 1 : Monday & Tuesday : 9 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm, Wednesday & Thursday : 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm, Sunday : 9 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm (40 hrs per week).

Role 2 : Monday : 7 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm, Sunday : 7 : 30 am – 6 : 00 pm (20 hrs per week).

Applicants must have a Full New Zealand Driver's License.

What you can expect to do in this role

Deliver top-notch service with a friendly attitude—whether it's a seasoned builder or a weekend warrior, every customer counts.

Work outdoors in all conditions, picking and packing orders quickly and accurately to keep things moving.

Keep the drive-thru tidy and safe, with regular housekeeping and stock organisation.

Build your product knowledge so you can confidently help customers find what they need.

Assist with loading and unloading trailers, utes, and vans.

What we need from you

A genuine passion for customer service

Full New Zealand Driver License

Current Forklift License is a plus!

A drive to succeed and strive for excellence

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work in a team with an "honest & fair" mindset

The ability to carry out the manual handling requirements of the role – heavy lifting is part of this role!
