We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join our Marketing team, working alongside Design, Naturopaths, China Marketing, and Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have daily opportunities to share ideas, problem-solve, and create together in a supportive environment.This role is ideal for a marketer looking to grow their brand management skills within the natural supplements category, with exposure to New Product Development for local and export markets.
You will be managing several key strategic categories where Good Health is seen as a leader in the supplement industry, identifying competitive advantages and collaborating across teams, including Sales, NPD, Supply Chain and E-Commerce to bring products to market that deliver impact to consumers.Some role responsibilities would include : Working collaboratively across teams to deliver brand initiatives and launches.Market / Competitor understanding - incorporating a watch on local and international trends.Driving new product development idea creation, writing and execution of launch plans.Liaising with Sales to create launch plans, category reviews and trade in-store activation.Social media and digital initiatives.Preferred Skills and Experience : Relevant Tertiary QualificationExperience in Health, Wellness or Food Industry would be beneficial.New Product Development experience is essentialProject management skills and creative problem-solvingStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyPassion for wellness and feeling great!
