Job descriptionProvide warm, professional service to guests and clients, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience. Deliver food and beverage services, including event setup, espresso preparation, and responsible alcohol service. Maintain clean and tidy client spaces, including meeting rooms, dining areas, and kitchen zones. Liaise with team members and service providers to ensure smooth operations and a one-team approach. Respond to guest requests, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and manage client feedback with discretion and urgency. Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering premium experiences. Excellent communication skills and a confident, warm, and professional demeanour. Immaculate personal presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, booking systems) and willing to support across departments. Experience in customer service or hospitality with a passion for premium guest experiences. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work across departments as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and booking systems. NZ residency or valid NZ work visa (required).
