  • .Please specify in your application whether you are applying for the permanent or fixed term position.About the rolesAs a Senior Service Delivery Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and reliable operation of Metlink's bus and ferry services.

This role is central to ensuring services run smoothly, reliably, and in a way that meets the needs of our communities.You'll bring deep operational insight and a proactive approach to service delivery, helping to shape and improve how we respond to challenges and disruptions.

You will be a subject matter expert, working closely with our contracted public transport operators, providing strategic and operational guidance to enhance customer outcomes, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvement.You will lead the response to both planned and unplanned service disruptions, working across the wider team to ensure timely and coordinated action.

  • remuneration for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $83, 998 to $125,997 with a midpoint of $104,998.
