The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to provide high-quality financial insights, reporting, and business partnering that will help drive performance and support strategic decision-making.What You'll DoLead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reportingDeliver variance analysis and Board-level financial reportsProvide financial advice and training to managers and teamsSupport business cases and provide project accounting for operating and capital initiativesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-makingAbout YouCA (CAANZ or equivalent) qualifiedProven experience in management and project accountingStrong Excel skillsExcellent communication skills – able to explain finance to non-finance stakeholdersExperience with financial management systemsAll inquiries and applications to Archway Recruitment are treated in the strictest confidence.
