Customer Services & Operations Agent (Casual)

OverviewWe have an opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to join our team in Wellington as what we call a Rental Operations Agent.

This is an entry level position and could be the first step in your career!

ResponsibilitiesFrom our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.What We Are Looking ForFull, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this rolePrevious experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar rolesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.We operate 7 days a week, 8 am to 5.30 pm, where you will be required to work as and when required during our operating hours.
