Join the team behind two of New Zealand's most iconic adventure experiences! We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Shotover Jet and Dart River Adventures.

Location : Queenstown / Southern Lakes

About The Role

Based mainly at Shotover Jet in Queenstown, with occasional shifts at Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy (free transport provided), this role is all about creating memorable experiences for our manuhiri (visitors). You'll be :

• Assisting guests with bookings and reservations
• Supporting retail and photography sales
• Delivering warm, professional customer service
• Sharing our stories and values with pride
