Recovery Assistant

About the role | Mo te turanga mahi We are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant role.

As a Recovery Assistant, you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence.

At times your role will involve :

• Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news
• Setting clear expectations on what we can and cannot support
• Making the final decision in situations that aren't black and white

This role has a set start date of 10 November 2025 and requires set working hours during the initial training period.

If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5 : 30pm.

Work-life balance

• Only work Monday to Friday - no late nights, no weekends
• Once you are fully trained in the role (~6 months), and in agreement with your leader, there is the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with a laptop, headset, monitor, cables, mouse, and a keyboard to support this)
