Job Description

The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our Insurance partners' claims needs and the national team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis.

Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritise work in a high-paced environment, and confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company, client, and respective Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for customers and account managers

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

Process sales orders within SLA's as required to meet / exceed budgets for the national business

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-up

Monitor open orders and adjust as required

Assist with the creation of products in the system

Work collaboratively within the national store and wider network

Qualifications

Experience working in an administration / sales processing role

Proficiency with MS Office

Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individual

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal skills

A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail

A high level of numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through

A good knowledge of JB Hi-Fi's product range
