Monday–Friday, 9 : 30am – 2 : 30pm (hours flexible by agreement)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our small, close‑knit team on an 18‑month maternity cover contract.

You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of BiForm, supporting our Franchisees, Warehouse, and Head Office teams to keep things running smoothly day to day. If you enjoy variety, take initiative, and love making systems hum, this role will keep you engaged and appreciated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing orders from Franchisees, merchants, and direct customers (including eCommerce).
  • Assisting with stock control and data entry.
  • Supporting merchants with pricing and product queries.
  • Coordinating deliveries and resolving order issues.
  • Managing local stock orders and receipting.
  • Welcoming visitors to our office and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Hosting and documenting weekly Head Office meetings.
