About the role

We’re seeking strong, reliable labourers for upcoming work on new subdivision developments in Silverdale, covering sites at Milldale and West Hoe Heights. Roles include MSE basket construction and silt control, supporting bulk earthworks and environmental site setup.

Duties

Assemble and fill MSE baskets for retaining wall construction

Install and maintain silt fences and erosion control measures

Support general site labouring and setup

Skills & Experience required

Physically fit and site-ready

Experience with MSE baskets or silt control preferred

Reliable transport to Silverdale

Safety-conscious and able to work independently or in a team
