Drainage, Sewerage & Stormwater Labourers Wanted – Waikato

Tradestaff Hamilton is calling on motivated Drainage Labourers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
What You'll Be Getting Your Hands Dirty With :
Preparing sites for drainage and sewer installation
Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, pits, culverts, and drainage structures
Cleaning, inspecting, and doing minor repairs on stormwater and sewerage systems
Operating tools and machinery (under supervision)
Assisting with trench digging, pipe laying, and backfilling
Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe work zones
Keeping worksites tidy and materials moving
Following all safety procedures and rocking your PPE daily
What We're Looking For :
Reliable transport – you get to site, rain or shine
Two solid work referees
A genuine safety-first mindset – you take pride in doing things the right way
Able to pass a drug screen – we keep our worksites safe and professional
Previous experience in drainage, civil, or construction work – ideally 6+ months, and confidence using hand tools and working around machinery
If you've already got some experience in drainage, this is your chance to step into a steady, long-term role with room to grow.
