Itinerant teacher of music - trumpet

Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to : 0.1, Start Date : 29 / 01 / 2026, End Date : 28 / 01 / 2027 (The fixed term role is dependent on student numbers and itinerant funding.)

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher. The arts.

We are seeking a trumpet teacher to join our itinerant team. Fixed-term, 1.5 hours per week (0.06 FTTE). Potential for a small amount of extra teaching time depending on student enrolments. Renewal may be possible on an annual basis, subject to negotiation with the Music HoD.

Applicants must be NZ registered teachers. Salary rates are paid in accordance with the STCA. The work to be performed by the Employee is set by the HOD music.
