The Role

As a Quality Administrator / Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining, refining, and improving Engender’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You’ll embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle, from audits and testing to documentation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also act as a quality champion, building capability across teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP)
• Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, engineering, and manufacturing to integrate quality throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee CAPA and risk management processes, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures
• Analyse quality metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement improvements
• Provide training, guidance, and support to colleagues to build quality awareness and capability
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive quality documentation and reporting
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and maintain strong engagement with compliance requirements
