We are seeking a motivated, innovative, and passionate English Language Lecturer to join our team at the Manawatu campus.
This full-time, permanent role involves mainly delivering our New Zealand Certificate in English Language - Level 4 programme to a diverse group of learners, and may be required to teach on other English Language programmes.You will inspire students to pursue and achieve their learning goals through engaging, high-quality teaching and supportive mentorship.This position offers an opportunity to make a real impact on learners' confidence and success in English language education.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with programme outcomes.Motivate and support learners to achieve their academic and personal goals.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters participation and progress.Contribute to programme development, moderation, and continuous improvement.Use a variety of teaching technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success and programme quality.Skills and AttributesTeaching experience in English language education (highly preferred).
