Job Description

This role is a permanent position, based in either Christchurch or Wellington, reporting to the Development Unit Manager, Business Enablement and Development. The Principal Analyst - Testing will provide expert leadership in test planning, execution, and reporting, working alongside subject-matter business teams to strengthen testing capability.

The focus of this position is on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process testing, rather than traditional IT software testing. Applicants with experience in business-side testing, process validation, and stakeholder engagement are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Lead the strengthening of our capability in UAT and business process testing
• Provide expert leadership in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Drive the adoption of standard and consistent test practices across teams
