We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Engineer to join our busy IT team.
As a member of our IT Department this position is specifically responsible for providing helpdesk and technical support (alongside other colleagues) to our staff and student users at both our Whakatane, Tamaki (Auckland) and Wairoa campus sites.
To undertake this role the successful applicant will also need to have :
Responsibilities
A relevant IT diploma qualification OR at least two years equivalent relevant IT experience.
A minimum of two years IT experience in a helpdesk environment.
Experience with audio visual equipment and video conferencing.
Be able to work unsupervised when working on other sites.
A full driver's licence.
Knowledge of Te Reo Maori and Tikanga Maori to at least a basic level and a willingness and commitment to improve Te Reo Maori competency beyond basic is desired.
