Key Responsibilities
Establish projects : appoint consultants, produce feasibility reports, advise on procurement
Manage construction phase : QA / risk, financial reporting, budget / cost control, programming
Lead stakeholder engagement : conduct and chair meetings, maintain strong client relationships
About You
3–7 years' NZ or UK / Australia experience in project management consultancy
Exposure to vertical projects (health, education, industrial)
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science
Strong leadership qualities, tenacity, and passion for delivery
Ability to articulate issues, harness relationships, and build your professional brand
