Role
As Project Manager (Area Lead), you'll oversee a major work zone within a nationally significant infrastructure project.
Reporting to the Project Lead, you'll drive programme certainty, quality, and commercial performance while managing a multidisciplinary team across design, commercial, and site functions.
Responsibilities
Lead planning and delivery across multiple work fronts, maintaining programme visibility 3 months ahead.
Oversee subcontractor performance, QA documentation, and compliance with technical specifications.
Control costs, assess progress claims, and manage variation pricing and risk registers.
Champion HSEQ performance and sustainability outcomes across your area.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships within a complex operational setting.
About You
Proven record leading delivery in live or high-security environments.
Strong command of programme, cost, and risk management under NZS
Confident communicator with Tier 1 stakeholder and client-interface experience.
Resilient, structured, and commercially decisive under pressure.
