Our customers count on Brandt to keep them moving forward, and we meet that challenge with remarkable customer service and industry-leading brand John Deere.About the RoleThe Commercial Manager is responsible for promoting all aspects of Brandt Finance\'s business to support Wholegoods sales for Brandt.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the equipment sales.Build relationships with sales staff and outside financial institutions.Review credit bureaus and provide recommendations for credit decisions.Achieve sales and market share goals, as agreed, for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure Brandt Finance is providing superior products.Qualifications and Requirements3 – 5 years of direct equipment finance-related experience are required.Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.A high level of written and oral communication skills is required.What\'s in it for you?
