With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service, this role has plenty of variety.

You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless guest experiences.Your role includes the following tasks : Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arriveTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDelivering food and drinks to tables in a timely mannerClearing tables, resetting and maintaining a clean dining areaHandling guest queries, requests, and complaints with careProcessing payments using POS systems and handling cash / card transactionsRestocking supplies and ensuring stations are stocked and tidyFollowing hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all timesSupporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a teamSetting up and packing down service areas as requiredCommunicating any dietary needs or guest concerns to kitchen teamCompleting daily cleaning and closing checklistsFlexibility is crucial for this role, as you will be rostered across a 7-day rotating schedule, with shifts starting as early as 6 : 00am and finishing late at night.

• per hour.QualificationsPrevious experience in food and beverage, bar, barista or hotel service roles is preferred but not essentialA friendly and professional attitude with a passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiencesComfortable operating coffee machines or working behind a bar (training can be provided)A team player who can adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environmentStrong communication and time management skillsPhysically able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift / carry light trays or equipmentFlexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster with shifts that may start as early as 6am or finish late at nightUnderstanding of basic food safety and hygiene practicesNZ citizenship, permanent residency, or a current and valid work visa / permit.
