This is a unique career opportunity designed to support the current Laboratory Manager while preparing for a seamless step up to the Laboratory Manager role in 12 months, following the planned retirement of our current leader.You'll enjoy an extensive handover and mentoring period while gaining a thorough understanding of our lab operations, people, company culture, and business strategy.

After 12 months, the intent is to transition you into the Laboratory Manager role, continuing our legacy of high standards and excellent customer service.
