Accounts & Admin Manager - Hotel & MotelWe are seeking an experienced and meticulous Accounts & Admin Manager to oversee our financial operations and support the continued growth of our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading a finance function with accuracy and integrity.Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.Prepare month financial statements, body corporate statements & payroll.Ensure compliance with New Zealand accounting standards, IRD tax laws, and company policies.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Consult with company director, area manager and property managers.The ability to work alone with limited supervisor or collaborate as a team.Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as an Accounts & Admin Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of NZ financial regulations and tax requirements.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar).
