Whether you join our National Office, or one of our franchises, you're joining team who share a deep passion for the communities we serve and doing the best for our customers, while also having an unwavering commitment to help our own people learn, grow, and thrive.Respond promptly to all customer communications, providing meaningful updates in a professional, clear and consistent way that reflects our brand and values.Provide sound advice and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of products, regulations and requirements both within the business and in the context of the regulatory environments.Prepare, process and track loan applications, ensuring all client information is accurate and validated.Product Information and Financial Advice : Provide clients with detailed product information and financial advice within the scope of the services offered.Have a comprehensive understanding of our products, creating a pathway to yes and the best outcomes for our customers within the guidelines of the Responsible Lending Code and MTF Finance guidelines.Ensure all advice and information provided is compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, and conduct obligations.Limit advice to the products provided by the Lending People, in line with the "information only" policy supported by AMI (digital advice).
