• # Fire Protection & Compliance Tester
• The role
• Based in New Plymouth, you will be responsible for fire protection and other compliance systems testing on customer premises ensuring compliance with Chubb and NZ Regulatory standardsThis will involve :
• Liaising with customers on testing schedules, providing assistance if needed for owners inspections
• Carry out inspections on fire alarms, fire sprinklers, emergency lighting systems and many other passive systems
• Identifying defects, service requirements and, where applicable, provide sufficient detail for quotations to be produced
• Completion of other tasks as required from time to time
• To be successful
• Experience in the Fire industry is preferred but at a minimum you will have a technical mindset and a strong focus on providing high quality customer service.

You will also need to be organised, able to plan your workload and demonstrate initiative where needed to get the work done in a timely manner.
