About the role

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse with proven management or leadership experience to join us as Clinical Manager of our South West Community & Community Rehabilitation Enablement Service Teams (CREST). This is an 8 month fixed term full‑time opportunity in Older Person’s Health and Rehabilitation, leading two passionate teams of allied health professionals, registered nurses, assistants and administrators. Working in a hub‑and‑spoke model, these services provide community‑based rehabilitation delivered with an interdisciplinary approach, supporting our community in staying well within their own homes. As Clinical Manager, you will be well supported by the broader team of Clinical Managers, the Service Manager, the Associate Director of Allied Health and the Nursing Director.
