TBI Health is excited to be opening a brand-new site in the CBD - just a one-minute walk from Marine Parade and surrounded by shops and cafés to enjoy on your breaks.We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinic Administrator to help us establish this clinic and support both our clients and clinicians.
You will work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, while staying closely connected with our wider administration team across the motu.There may also be the opportunity to provide personal administrative support to an Orthopaedic Surgeon, offering valuable additional experience and variety in the role.Part-time or full-time hours will be considered.
We aim for admin support to be present across all weekdays, with scope to expand hours as the clinic grows and service needs increase.Your key responsibilities will be : Welcoming and assisting clients in person and over the phoneSupporting clinicians with diary and schedule managementProcessing payments and managing invoicingPurchasing clinic suppliesAdministering ACC, insurer, and third-party contractsThis is a varied and rewarding role where you will be supported by the Clinic Administration Team Leader and Clinic Manager, with the chance to make the role your own as our services grow.Bring your strong communication, organisation, and computer skills - along with a positive, can-do attitude - and join us in delivering quality healthcare for our Napier community.Benefits Of Joining TBI HealthAt TBI Health, we value our staff and invest in your well-being and growth.

While two years of administration experience is desirable, it's not essential.
