Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC todayResponsibilitiesLead technical design sessions, architecture and detail technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client\'s current and desired end statesTranslate business requirements into well architected solutions that best bring to bear the Salesforce platformProvide oversight and best practice governance of Salesforce projectsFollow and help define coding standards.

Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followedOwn the technical delivery of development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationMentor and assist all team members.Qualifications8+ years CRM experience, the majority specifically with SalesforceExpert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service and Energy and UtilitySalesforce Energy and Utility Cloud certification / accreditation is mustDetailed understanding of Salesforce Energy and Utility Cloud data model and Business Processes.Solid understanding and experience of Salesforce development and configuration.
