As a Change Manager in our Transformation Enterprise Change team, you'll drive AA Insurance's ambitious transformation agenda in our Portfolio space.
You'll design and deliver comprehensive change and engagement plans for key initiatives.
You'll have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, helping stakeholders to effectively prioritise changes that will impact their people and our customers.
This hands-on role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong change toolkit to ensure initiatives land well for our people and are successfully embedded in our business.
Experience and interest in regulatory change would be advantageous.
What You'll Be Doing :
Lead change management for Transformation initiatives in our Enterprise Portfolio space
Design and implement comprehensive change and communications plans
Engage stakeholders to define and manage impacts across the business
Develop metrics to measure change effectiveness
Contribute to organization-wide change management capabilities
Ensure compliance with processes and legislation
Support our Health and Safety framework
A Bit About You :
Proven hands-on experience in change management for complex projects
Strong understanding of change methodologies and tools
Collaborative approach with a passion for knowledge sharing
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Regulatory change initiatives (desirable)
