About the role

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Petone Drive Thru Security Team.

In this role you will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

Maintaining constant awareness of the Drive Thru area, identifying and reporting suspicious behaviour, and safely apprehending shoplifters using approved techniques.

Managing the Drive Thru exit barrier, ensuring all vehicles and loads accurately match purchase receipts, and maintaining an up-to-date barrier report.

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times, upholding the company's professional image.

Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail.

Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.

Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement.

Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.

Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.

Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.

IT competency.

Additional

We are looking for a Full Time Team Member to fill our Tuesday - Saturday roster.
