Job descriptionGood physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items. Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement. Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence; (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required. Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain. Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products. Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them. Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers. IT competency.

A bit about the role We have a part-time Team member position available in the Drive Thru, rostered Thursday - Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Providing technical product information to customers
- Stock replenishment
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment
