Trade Drive Thru Manager

Mitre 10 ispart of New Zealand’s DIY DNA, as one ofNew Zealand’s most trusted home improvement brand, and we are opening a newstore in Wellington Central.

We are lookingfor a Trade Team Leader who has strong leadership experience of 2 years pluswith big box experience and have an interest or knowledge in the buildingindustry, can deliver exceptional customer service both to our DIY customersand to our Tradies.You will have a willingness to learn buildingproducts, materials and their applications to assist our Trade and DIYcustomers. As well as understanding the importance of providingoutstanding customer service each and every time to all our customers no matterwhat their background might be.

Our ideal Trade Team Leader to lead the team will have :

• Have strong leadership skills
• Is physically fit and able to do heavy lifting tosupport the team
• Have excellent communication skills andorganizational skills
• The ability to motivate, coach and empower the teamto perform at their best
• Reporting and analytical skills

Previous retailexperience and / or experience within the building industry will be viewed veryfavourably.To be considered for this role you will need tohavea full current drivers license, plusa ‘F’endorsement would be an advantage, but not essential as Forklifttrainingwill be given.

Thisisafull-time rolewith a minimum of 40 hours per week, including oneweekend day.
