About the role :
We seek a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Graduate to join a highly collaborative and dynamic studio in Christchurch. You will be working across varying development types, a range of scales and all stages of projects in a team environment.
You will have an eye for design and demonstrate clear technical and digital capabilities required to realise designs, including proficiency in Revit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant culture that allows you to be self-driven, alongside senior leaders in the practice who will support you as you develop your career.

We support the development of all our team through mentoring, Career Conversations twice a year, on‑job training and formal training in both technical and soft skills. We have a focus on supporting our graduate architects as they progress towards registration, through specific training and information-sharing sessions.
