Redpath Partners have partnered with an architecture practice based in Christchurch who are a well established and design focused entity with a proven track record.

They specialise in bespoke residential and multi units.

Role

Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for building consent and construction

Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable solutions

Ensure compliance with New Zealand Building Code, planning rules, and local regulations

Produce working drawings including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules

Coordinate with consultants (engineers, planners, contractors) to integrate technical input

Be able to work on multi projects at one time

Requirements

3 years as an Architectural Technician

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, 3D renders, and building codes

Residential experience is a must

Proficient in Revit

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
