About the role
This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll lead the delivery of Acumatica implementations for a diverse client base.
You'll manage the full project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning through to configuration, go-live and post-implementation support ensuring each solution is tailored to meet client needs and delivered with precision.
You'll be the central point of contact for your own projects, working directly with clients to guide them through their ERP journey.
With a strong focus on client outcomes, you'll build lasting relationships, drive adoption and help businesses unlock the full potential of their systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Conducting client workshops, discovery sessions, and user training (onsite and remote).
Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Acumatica clients.
Collaborating with 3rd party vendors, IT consultants, and developers to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintaining strong client relationships through proactive service and support.
Supporting internal knowledge sharing and team development.
Contributing to our growing SaaS implementation and integration practice.

Experience
3+ years of experience implementing Acumatica or MYOB Advanced ERP systems.
Proven ability to lead projects and work directly with clients.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations and inventory.
Experience with Acumatica customisation or development is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
