As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers.

You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers.

You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services.

You will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches.

As we are a national team, applications from all New Zealand geographies will be considered.What You'll DoAt the moment, as Senior Consultant - M365 you will be focused on : Analyse business requirements developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as-builtFacilitate customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadershipProvide technical leadership for customers Microsoft 365 environments and solutionsBuild and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power AppsLead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects.

Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power AppsFacilitate training workshops.

Develop training materialsFollow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG : Change / release)Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environmentsWe are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.What you'll bring : Required experience : Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 ConsultantExperience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutionsExperience migrating content into Microsoft 365Strong presentation skillsExperience running workshopsAbility to address complex business problems with M365 based solutionsExperience designing and implementing enterprise information architectureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience developing Power Automate workflows and Power AppsExcellent documentation and communication skillsExtensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDriveExperience developing PowerShell scriptsNice to have : Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML / CSSExperience with Information management and Information protection (Microsoft Purview)Experience building custom integrationsExperience using AvePoint and NintexWhy join us here at Datacom?
