This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience working with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.Monitor sales performance against targets and provide detailed reports to senior management.Manage and champion CRM (HubSpot) and HawkEye Pro systems, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.Lead the end-to-end implementation of sales platforms, partnering with IT and Digital teams for seamless integration.Provide timely support to the Head of Sales and oversee order management, contract administration, and customer onboarding.Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and customer service to align systems and processes.Analyse sales data, prepare regular reports, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategy and operational efficiency.Lead change management initiatives, supporting adoption of new systems and processes across the business.About You : Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Ideal Skills & Experience : Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, operations, or a related field.7+ years of experience in sales operations or support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot) and Excel / BI tools.Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in process improvement and exposure to project management skills.A proven collaborator with the ability to influence across all levels.Experience in process improvement and exposure to project / change management skills.In return for your skills, we offer a very competitive package that includes an array of insurances, phone, laptop, plus excellent training opportunities in a supportive cooperative environment.How to Apply : Click on the 'Apply' button to create a profile and submit your CV and cover letter.Ravensdown is committed to a drug and alcohol free workplace.
