Property Consultant
The Nelson team have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Consultant to provide support to property consulting services with a focus on settlements and general property services.
You'll be supporting an established team of consultants with property searching, investigating property issues, communication with stakeholders, preparing contracts for acquisition, arranging settlements, and preparing documents for legalisation actions.
This role requires good knowledge of relevant codes and legislation, specifically the Public Works Act 1981 and would best suit someone with a legal and / or conveyancing background.
You'll have the option to work part time or full time hours and be based in any of our Top of the South offices.
