We are looking for an experienced property consultant to join our high performing Whakatu Nelson office.

Our property consultancy team are a talented group of people who apply their expertise, knowledge, and passion in the work they do for our clients every day.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our property team and surround yourself with like-minded professionals in our growing Whakatu Nelson office.
Depending on your experience level, some of the work you will be involved with on a typical day includes :
Supporting and working alongside Crown Agencies, Councils and / or private investment entities informing and delivering their property strategies and projects
Negotiating property acquisitions for large scale infrastructure projects
Facilitating and managing the disposal of Local and Central Government owned land that is surplus to requirements
Provision of quality advice to our clients and delivering their property strategies and projects
Work across multiple workstreams and projects including property acquisition and corporate real estate, due diligence, property and project related investigations and assessments
Managing client contracts, developing and growing client relationships and programme management actions

If you have the skills, experience and attributes below, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who has relevant property sector experience or who has completed a property / law degree and is ready to start as soon as possible.
An understanding of the property legislation and the Public Works Act (PWA) would be ideal.
A genuine interest in consultancy, and a background in a consultancy environment would be a plus but not a deal-breaker.
A consultancy mindset comfortable in working alongside clients, commitment to delivering a superior client experience, solving problems, and thinking creatively to find solutions.
A top-notch communicator, able to write and present your ideas clearly and confidently, and,
