• Itinerary Design : Craft personalized luxury travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including upscale accommodations, exclusive activities, private transportation, and fine dining options.
• Client Consultations : Conduct virtual meetings or calls to understand clients’ travel interests, expectations, and budgets.
• Supplier Coordination : Collaborate with premier travel vendors, luxury hotels, and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing.
• Booking Management : Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless planning process.
• Customer Support : Provide professional support throughout the planning process and during travel, handling any changes or emergencies.
• Travel Research : Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destination news, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.
• Post-Trip Engagement : Follow up with clients after their trips to collect feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
