Some people live in their own homes and receive specific support to assist with their needs or to help them pursue their interests. The focus of service development is on facilitating a range of options to best suit the aspirations of people who require some assistance to live their lives.

Job Description
Your Purpose
In this pivotal leadership role, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Community Facilitators who work alongside our disabled partners to provide individualised, innovative, and person-centered support. You will shape the team culture, ensure service quality, drive performance, and uphold the principles of Enabling Good Lives.
As a Leader in our Partnerships and Enablement team, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live their best lives. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will :
