In this role most of your time will be focused on developing new business in the area. As the main point of contact for our various trade customers, you will be responsible for managing accounts, seeking new business opportunities, and finding ways of adding value to our customers’ businesses.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the established customer base are receiving exceptional service and growing those relationships
• Working with the Branch Manager on building new business in the area
• Developing and maintaining a structured call cycle across the territory
• Seeking ways to improve our offer and add value to our customers' business
• Working with our vendors to increase knowledge and gain market share
• Helping develop and support the service offering within the branch to ensure our customers’ expectations are exceeded
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
