If you're a skilled Turf Manager with a love for sports and a talent for maintaining playing surfaces, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a passionate Team Manager | Sports to join our team and take charge of maintaining grounds such as Semenoff Stadium and Cobham Oval!

What we're looking for :

As our Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch maintenance and preparation of playing surfaces. Your main responsibilities will include :

Leveraging your extensive knowledge of sports turf, with a particular emphasis on cricket grounds, to achieve outstanding results

Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed project objectives and create remarkable outdoor spaces

Utilising your mechanical expertise to operate and maintain mowers, tractors, and other turf-related equipment

Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines

What we are looking for :

A strong knowledge and passion for sports turf!

Motivated and self-driven with the physical fitness required for the role

Level 4 turf qualification with demonstrable experience in preparation and maintenance of cricket pitches and other sports playing turf

Flexibility to work some weekends during the cricket season

A full, clean NZ driver's licence and capability to drive a manual vehicle are essential
