The focus is onempowering people through practical support and connection.Someof your responsibilities may include : Attend leadership team meetings and participate in Team Coach development sessionsContribute to a national rostered after-hours service on a rotating basisWorking alongside primary and secondary care services, and the wider communityProviding regular coaching and inspiring your teamLiving your values at work and making a differenceThisis a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, with rotatingafter-hours on-call responsibilities.Mou| YouYouwill have : A current NZregistration in Nursing, Social Work or Occupational TherapyClinicalexperience in mental health and addictionA full NZdriver's licenceCulturalcompetence in working with Maori and understanding of Te Tiriti o WaitangiProvenleadership experienceA currentfirst aid certificate or willingness to obtain oneNaumai, haere mai!
