What You\'ll Be Doing

You’ll play a critical role in helping clients navigate their financial journey from strategy to settlement. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders.
• Analysing client needs to develop finance strategies and present tailored lending solutions.
• Negotiating with lenders to secure competitive terms and facilitate approvals.
• Managing end-to-end loan processes, including documentation, compliance, and settlement coordination.
• Staying across market developments, lender policy changes, and regulatory shifts.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service at every step.
