Finance Manager – Full Time

Archway are delighted to be partnering with an organisation who are recruiting for a newly created full time Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation that is preparing to scale and you’ll play a key role in shaping the team, reviewing systems and processes, and sit on the leadership team providing your strategic nous and commercial influence to help drive company performance.

The Role

In this role you’ll lead month‑end to board reporting, introduce better project budgeting frameworks, rebuild systems and processes, and become the financial backbone of the organisation as they prepare for significant growth. This role is highly influential and perfect for someone who enjoys shaping how finance operates. The key responsibilities are as follows :

• Lead all financial management from month‑end upwards, including forecasting, reporting & strategic analysis
• Build robust financial systems, project budgets and cashflow models
• Partner with leadership to drive commercial performance and decision‑making
• Oversee finance operations and help shape the future structure of the finance team
• Improve project accounting processes and provide real‑time financial insight
• Lead continuous improvement and uplift financial capability across the business
