The Role

Bivacco is looking for a passionate Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor to join our team.

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a comparable venue, a love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of wine and experience making cocktails, ability to work nights and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed.

This role could also be a step up if you are looking for growth, progression, and development.

Responsibilities

Creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Preparing and serving beverages such as wine, beer and cocktails while demonstrating sound knowledge of our offerings.

Ensuring stock management, including wastage, display and storage, as well as ordering.

Supporting the Bar Manager with training and development of our team of professional bartenders.

Upselling through product knowledge and creating an engaged and authentic rapport with guests.
